Pros: Lets you have a cheat sheet during all the tests and final. allows discussions on blackboard aka everyone posting answers to the lab quizes and lecture quizes.
Cons: no point in going to class because he goes through the information so fast, you cannot write any of it down. also cannot explain the slides in order for one to understand.
i would suggest only going to lab and attending the study sessions each week instead of going to class. thats where he helps you out the most./

Pros: Huge curve on tests
Facebook groups makes lecture quizzes easy
Cons: Lectures are boring
Don't understand a thing
The class is boring and he's hard to follow. But we made a Facebook group and we all posted answers for lecture quizzes so we got 100%. Tests were hard but he curved them so you can get an A. I got an A in the class and didn't understand a thing.

Pros: Notes posted on blackboard (usually before class), lecture and lab quizzes are online, only three exams (non-cumulative) and a final (cumulative), allows a cheet sheet on exams (double sided and computer sized), review sessions for quiz questions causing confusion
Cons: Not many examples, some concepts can be confusing, lab and lecture quizzes/ materials are in two different places (blackboard and the textbook website), and only one review before each exam.
Lecture class, no official homework, and quizzes are put on blackboard weekly. You are allowed three tries on each quiz (but this may change as it has from former years), and you are given feedback on specific questions you missed so you don't answer the same question the same way again. Labs are easy and bi-weekly. Your three lowest lecture quiz/lab scores are dropped at the end of the year.

Pros: He's hilarious.
Cons: Unfortunately he's also scatterbrained. There is a lecture quiz and lab quiz (online) every week, plus labs every other week. A lot of work for a gen ed course.

Pros: You are allowed to use a piece of computer paper, front and back, as a cheat sheet for each exam. You can write anything you want on it. I actually only attended one lecture between the first and second exam, and based on what I was able to write on my cheat sheet, I got a 91 on the second exam.

He's a very smart man, but he goes so fast that it's very hard to comprehend. The online quizzes aren't bad since most people share the answers on Blackboard. I somehow ended up getting a B, but I'm not really sure how.

He knows what he's talking about, he just doesn't explain things well. The class isn't too bad though, because most of it is online.

Chemisty is a really hard subject for people who are not good at it. His class is basically a joke, and I failed the first test after studying for 12 hours straight. The only good thing about him is he curves every test. Besides that he sucks find a differnt teacher trust me you wont regret it

A difficult class but this is a great professor for it. Anyone who did poorly probably didn't go to class. He explains things decently, and he is always willing to explain further. His weekly reviews are probably more important to go to then lectures. This is where he explains test questions and it is an open forum for questions. DON'T JUST GO THE NIGHT BEFORE THE TEST!! If you go to both lectures and reviews then you should do great. Tests are also curved a ridiculous amount. Good teacher; bad grades are the student's fault, not the teachers.
